FocusBro is a browser-based focus and wellness toolkit. It brings together the small set of practices that reliably help people start work, stay with it, and recover between efforts: a Pomodoro timer, box and 4-7-8 breathing, a 5-4-3-2-1 grounding exercise, body scans, short movement breaks, a gratitude journal, and reminders to rest your eyes and drink water. Everything runs in the browser, so you can open a session and begin without installing anything or creating an account.
The design follows a simple idea from attention research: focus is a finite resource that is spent by sustained effort and restored by deliberate rest. Instead of trying to concentrate for hours at a stretch, FocusBro structures work into timed intervals with real breaks in between, and gives you a short menu of ways to reset — a few paced breaths, a brief walk, or a moment of grounding — before the next interval begins. The tools are intentionally short and repeatable, because a practice you will actually do beats an ideal routine you abandon.
We keep the app calm and low-friction on purpose. There are no streak-shaming mechanics, no accounts required for the core tools, and your notes and history stay in your browser by default. The goal is to support your attention, not to compete for it.
FocusBro is built and maintained by Latimer Woods Tech. If you have feedback, a bug report, or a request for a tool you wish existed, we would like to hear it — see the Contact page. To understand how we handle data and advertising, read our Privacy Policy.
