FocusBro (focusbro.net) is a browser-first focus and wellness app operated by Latimer Woods Tech. This policy explains what data we handle, how cookies and third-party advertising work on the site, and the choices and rights you have.

Data stored in your browser

By default, the content you create in FocusBro — timer history, notes, gratitude entries, check-ins, and preferences — is stored locally in your browser using localStorage. This data stays on your device, is not transmitted to us, and is cleared when you clear your browser storage.

Data sent to our servers

Some data reaches our servers only when you deliberately use a connected feature:

• Account & cloud sync (optional): if you create an account, we store an email address and the synced data you choose to back up, so your sessions are available across devices.
• Campaign measurement: Aggregate campaign visit counts come from tagged links. We store the campaign labels, not a visitor ID, fingerprint, task, email, or contact information.
• Payments (optional): paid plans are processed by Stripe. We do not store full card numbers; Stripe handles card data under its own privacy policy.
• Basic request logs: like most websites, our servers may temporarily log IP address, browser type, and requested pages for security and reliability.

Cookies and advertising

FocusBro displays ads served by Google AdSense. To do this, Google and its partners use cookies and similar technologies. Specifically:

• Third-party vendors, including Google, use cookies to serve ads based on a user's prior visits to this website and other websites on the internet.
• Google's use of advertising cookies — including the DoubleClick advertising cookie — enables it and its partners to serve ads to you based on your visit to this site and/or other sites on the internet.
• These cookies may be used to measure ad performance and to limit how often you see the same ad.

Your advertising choices & opt-out

You can control or opt out of personalized advertising:

• Manage Google's ad personalization at https://adssettings.google.com.

If you are a California resident, you have the right to know what personal information is collected, to request deletion, and to opt out of the "sale" or "sharing" of personal information as those terms are defined by the CCPA/CPRA. Children

FocusBro is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from them.
